The order is delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing their order.

All products are shipped via Colissimo (the French postal service). The shipping cost is shown in the "Shipping" section of the order summary. Products are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery takes 5 days within Metropolitan France. The delivery times mentioned above do not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or any unforeseen events such as potential strikes or industrial action.

• The Seller may provide the Buyer with the tracking number for their package via email.
• The Seller undertakes to package the products in a manner that complies with the applicable transport standards in the countries of delivery. The products are therefore protected during transport to ensure their safety.
• Upon receiving their order, the Customer must inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person, checking both its general and specific condition. If the product or package is damaged, the Customer must notify the Seller and the carrier within two business days.

In the event that the order is damaged and the package is accepted as is, the Seller will not be responsible and no dispute concerning the order can be made by the Customer.

All products offered for sale by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

In the event of a product defect, it may be returned to the Seller, who will accept the return, exchange the product, or issue a refund. All claims, requests for exchange, or refunds must be made by mail to the Seller's address as stated in the preamble to these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller informs its customers that no refund will be issued, except as provided by law, in the event of an error by the Customer regarding the choice of product color. A refund will only be issued if the delivered product does not conform to the product ordered.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, contact us at naha.hairstyle@gmail.com. We will provide you with a Colissimo return label.

Return shipping costs:

• In case of non-compliant or defective product: free return (label provided)
• In case of customer error (wrong color): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Deposit methods: The parcel can be deposited at a Post Office, Pickup relay point, or in a mailbox (depending on size).

As a reminder, since the products offered for sale are 100% natural, in the event of dermatological issues related to the application of the extensions, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage. The manufacturer of the extensions should then be held liable.

2. Use a sulfate-free shampoo with a pH of 5.5.
3. Wash from top to bottom (never upside down)
4. Apply conditioner to the lengths of your hair only
5. Rinse with lukewarm water
